Incorporated and Established in the year 1973, On the date of its inception, the company’s name was “NARESH CHEMICALS”, the MANNDLEWALA GROUP, formed by their foremost co-founder, Mr. Naresh T. Mandlewala , NARESH CHEMICALS was primarily established to manufacture Additives and Sulphonates. Soon with the induction of their second Director, Mr. Yogesh T. Mandlewala , the group expanded its range of product into manufacturing of various Tailor made and customized products. It was the induction of Mr.Hemant T. Mandlewala, that the group expanded its market base from the local market to establish themselves as leading suppliers to a large number of Public sector and multinational organizations. Finally after the induction of Mr. Rakesh T. Mandlewala, the group expanded its marketing of products all over India and established its name in the Grease and Lubricant Sector as a leading supplier. Making Additives and Sulphonates as its core base of expertise and continuous R&D in the manufacturing of Additives and Sulphonates the expansion of the group has shown tremendous progress in the past 35 years.
The purpose of establishing the company, “UNITED PETROFER LIMITED”, was to provide lubricants, as a strategic commodity. An aspect that has become increasingly necessary and in-demand due to the development of a large number of industries and the rapid growth of the automotive market.
“THAKOR REDUCTANTS Pvt. Ltd.”, also known as “TRPL”, a flagship company, with which the group, made its commencement as Petro-Chem Manufacturers, Manufacturing Additives & Sulphonates. “TRPL”, an ISO 9001:2008 certified and ISO 14001:2004 certified Company, firm believers of the objectives engraved upon us by our visionaries, “Perfect Solutions are achieved only by Inspiration, Hard-Work, Dedication and Team Work.”, are large producer of additives and sulphonates, an important ingredient for the manufacturing of this product, it was only a natural step to commence exclusively, the production of lubricants. The company started its production through its first blending plant Surat, Gujarat. Today the group has staff strength of over 700 working under their teams, spread into various divisions. The Company has shown a consistent growth, at an average rate of 11.5% to 13.25% year after year.
